Event AV rentals in Columbus

Columbus combines a large state university, a growing convention district, state government, and a lively music scene. The calendar can hold an arena concert, a fitness or hobby expo, a statewide association meeting, and a campus event in the same week. RentOurAV.com supplies the screens, sound, lighting, and staging for those shows.

Expos and conventions here range from consumer shows with crowded floors to professional meetings with many breakout rooms. We can size booth screens and digital signs to the hall's rules and repeat a projector, screen, and microphone setup across breakouts so every session runs the same way.

University and college events bring their own needs: commencement-style ceremonies, guest lectures, athletic banquets, and student concerts. Large audiences in gyms or arenas need image magnification screens and a sound system that handles hard, echoey rooms. Many of these events are streamed for families who cannot attend, so we can add cameras and streaming gear to the same plan.

Government and association meetings often call for clear microphones at every seat, recording, and sometimes interpretation. Touring productions playing the city's arenas, theaters, and amphitheaters can add LED, PA, or wireless for a single date. Ohio winters can affect delivery timing, so we confirm load-in windows with your crew ahead of the show.

Fashion, retail, and food companies headquartered in the area also run product showcases and internal launches, which often need a runway or demo stage, lighting that shows products accurately, and screens for brand video. We can build those as a compact package or a full stage, depending on the room and the size of the audience.

We deliver to any business anywhere in the U.S., so Columbus can share one quote with other stops in the Midwest. Send the venue, the dates, and the kind of event, and we will come back with a gear list and a quote.
