Hybrid and virtual events
A room that works for the people in the seats and the people on the far end, with a display and an audio return.
Hybrid fails when the remote side can see the room and cannot hear it. We start with the microphone count and a display so the room can see who is online.
A fully virtual session still needs a camera, light, and a quiet send. Say whether presenters are in one room or calling from separate desks.
Name the platform and who is hosting. The gear follows that, including a test when the schedule has room for one.
