Content and playback
Screen graphics, show control, and a playback machine so the show is not riding on one laptop.
Playback is the stills, the video, and the notes that have to hit on cue. A dedicated machine keeps the presenter's laptop as a backup instead of the only source.
Show control is who takes the cue. If your producer calls the show, the system is lined up for that. If you need someone on the cue stack, ask. That is a staffing question for the dates you have.
Send formats, the pixel size of the wall or the projector, and how late the files will actually arrive.
