Delivery, setup, and strike
Gear delivered to the room, placed for the session, and picked up when the room turns.
Delivery is the address, the dock, and the hour the room is actually yours. A ballroom that turns over still needs the cases out before the next set.
Setup is placement, cable paths, and a check that picture and sound come up. Strike is the same work in reverse, on the venue's clock.
Say whether the house crew, your crew, or a crew you are asking us to schedule is doing the hands. Labor is not assumed.
