Stage and set design
Truss, drape, and staging laid out so the presenter, the picture, and the seats can see one another.
A set is the deck, the mask, and the structure the light and the screen stand in front of. We size it from the room and the venue rules, not from a photo of a different show.
Pipe and drape hides cases and can split a ballroom. Truss is only where the venue allows a structure. Staging is the height, the steps, and how people get on and off.
Send a floor plan and a note about what has to be hidden. If rigging is off the table, the look stays on the ground.
