Livestreaming and recording
A camera path, program audio from the mix, and a live send or a recording on the platform you already use.
Once the room is larger than a huddle, the stream should take audio from the mixer, not from the camera mic. Light has to see the presenter or the picture is a silhouette.
Say whether this is live, a record for later, or both, and which platform the send uses. The network the venue will actually provide is part of the plan.
One locked wide shot covers a lot of sessions. A second camera is a choice. Tell us which you want before load-in.
